On Receipt of Goods
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it. If there is any problem with any order please contact by either going our contact us page or by telephone on 01624 666045 at the earliest opportunity and we will resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Refunds
In the event that you do not wish to keep what you receive, please return the goods unused and in exactly the same condition you received them. The original packaging (where appropriate) must be used to protect items, kit boxes etc. We will provide an immediate refund or credit to your card / Paypal account this will not inclued postal or shipping costs. Goods returned for refund must be unused, unmodified, and returned in the same condition that they arrived within 7 days of purchase. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RE-PACK ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN UNPACKED. Warranty Claims
Item returned under a manufacturers warranty must be marked WARRANTY CLAIM, and accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase. Items returned for warranty claim MUST not have been disassembled, and remain unmodified to allow a thorough investigation, either by the manufacturer, or by ourselves for the manufacturer. Items not marked warranty claim will be dealt with as a repair or replacement on repayment, and will not pass through manufacturers warranty procedures. Any item replaced under warranty carries the balance of the original warranty, and does not re-start the warranty clock. Warranty claims for items bought from another dealer should be referred to your chosen dealer.
Pricing
All Prices are in Pounds Sterling and are Excluding Vat and Postal and Packing charges.
Postage / Delivery Costs
Small/Medium Packets £3.50-£4.50 Depending on size/weight - Standard Post
Medium Packets upto a maximum of 1Kg including packaging £5.00 Depending on size/weight - Standard Post
Larger items maximum length 950mm /or over 1KG-10KG upto the value of £175 will cost £7.20-£22.00
Please note that small items of a high value will cost £6.50.
We can ship for Next Day Delivery for mainland UK addresses, for which there will be an additional charge of £3.00 for this service,Order must placed before 11:30 for this service.Please ensure you select Special Deliver option when placing your order.
Next Day Delivery refers to the next working day (Working days are classed as Monday to Friday).
For Local Isle of Man customers there are reduced postage / delivery charges, please select local Isle of Man postage option. There also a pickup in store option.
